Karle Steel Manufacturing and Construction manufactures and erects steel structures in all formats, shapes or sizes used in the construction, mining and process industries.

We deliver surface as well as underground structures and installations.
The Karle Steel manufacturing portfolio includes the supply and erection of cladding, hand railing, fire escape stairs, cast in items and concrete foundations. No job is too large or considered too small for us!

To ensure the highest quality of product and standard of workmanship we have implemented a state of the art quality assurance procedures in accordance with ISO 9002.
Moreover, as members of the South African Institute of Steel Construction we bind ourselves to their service and ethics charter.

Our delivery consultation

Karle Steel Manufacturing and Construction professional engineers advise, plan, design, manufacture and install steel structure solutions in closest cooperation with our clients. Our products are customized to the clients needs and requirements from conception to delivery.

Our workshop

Karle Steel Manufacturing and Construction has a fully equipped fabrication workshop of ~1800 m2, a 400 m2 covered yard, and a 3000m2 open yard. Multiple overhead cranes service both the workshop and the covered yard. Our current fabrication capacity is running at between 80 - 100 t / month, which can be increased to +/- 200 t a month at short notice.

Our facility also includes an onsite blast booth for blast cleaning and priming steelwork to client specifications.
